By accessing and using Smart Converter, you agree to comply with the terms and operating conditions outlined below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Smart Converter provides a web-based, client-side utility interface for file format conversion and currency calculations. By using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any local guidelines.

2. License & Permitted Use

We grant you a free, unlimited license to use the application interface for personal and commercial file conversions. Because all files are compiled locally inside your browser sandbox:

  • There are no subscription fees or monthly limitations.
  • There are no upload quotas or conversion caps.
  • You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of all output files.

You may not attempt to reverse engineer the compiled WebAssembly binaries, host copies of this interface to run malicious scripts, or disrupt the network CDN distribution nodes.

3. System Requirements & Hardware Disclaimer

Unlike server-side platforms, Smart Converter processes files on your local device. Performance (including conversion speed and batch parallel processing efficiency) depends entirely on your hardware configuration (CPU threads, WebAssembly acceleration support, and available browser RAM).

We are not responsible for browser crashes, system lag, or temporary memory block issues resulting from processing exceptionally large video, audio, or document assets beyond your device's capacity.

4. Exchange Rate Data Disclaimer

Currency rates fetched inside the converter module are provided for informational and calculation purposes only. While rates are updated hourly, we do not warrant the absolute accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of exchange information for trading or financial decisions.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability

The site and all local modules are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall Smart Converter or its developers be held liable for any data loss, corrupt outputs, or operational interruptions arising out of the use or inability to use the converter tools.
